OK, what we have here are a double handful of notable events, both past and future, that may or may not be converging. Some of them ARE converging, they’re doing this because I’m making that happen, and it’s plausible that some of the other movement I see is related. Almost all of them WILL hatch before the election.
We’re going to look closely at them, because as they appear they will illuminate other things.
Attention Conservation Notice:
This is a situational awareness exercise, you’re gonna need some alerts, maybe keep a graph by hand or Maltego, and we’re hunting for indications of what happens, and when. This is nitty gritty hybrid collector/analyst stuff for those who are purely passive observers.
Background:
Second quarter this year was the Malign Influence Operations Safari. We had three hits land during the quarter, now we know there are three more long running torpedoes in the water that ARE going to make contact, and one cleanup action that may or may not complete.
MIOS: Russpublicans (2024-05-01) just sat there, until I realized after the Tenet indictment that I had probable cause for the FBI getting search warrants on a right wing think tank’s finances.
MIOS: Iran’s PressTV (2024-06-02) led to MIOS: Iran’s PressTV First Blood (2024-08-20)
MIOS Goes To Michigan (2024-06-25) included the preservation of things that didn’t appear in the initial article, and those might become available before the election.
Snivel War: Raiklin’s Short List (2024-07-13) is about Trump’s self-appointed “Secretary of Retribution”, who's been circulating to Constitutional Sheriffs & Peace Officers Association meetings in an attempt to recruit death squads.
Pissboy Punished Procedurally (2024-08-31) is all about that federal informant in Texas who’s been humping my leg since late 2012. He’s got a date with destiny on October 17th.
Benny Johnson & Tim Pool (2024-09-05) are Russian agents, revealed by the Tenet indictment, who’ve made the defense that they’re really just useful idiots. We’ve got their participation in the influence operation that led to the Capitol Siege available over on Figshare, along with all the rest involved in what happened from 2019-07-19 through 2021-03-31.
MIOS: PressTV Phone Logs (2024-09-17) is imminent.
GRU Outlet Intelligencer (2024-09-19) - a solid bonk by Matt Bernardini, in which we provided a little background, and gained a LOT of important intel.
Grifter: Richard Anderson Sharp III (2024-09-21) - a career criminal in Texas, who’s known to file clumsy SLAPP suits, now has two different nation state law enforcement agencies up his jacksie.
Ignoring Irrelevant Idiocy (2024-09-28) does have some important clues in it, despite the introduction indicating it was just me dragging some ankle biters.
Setting Alerts:
OK, let the drudgery begin. Get yourself an email account, then use it to make Inoreader and Talkwalker Alerts accounts. This was described last year in Situational Awareness. If you’re super motivated you could set up for Google Alerts, too, but I’m finding that they only get a small fraction of what Talkwalker delivers.
Go through each of those articles and look at the names of the key players. If the name is fairly unique, your alert should be for “Ankle Biter”. If the name is common you want to use “Ankle Biter” keyword for the alert, with that keyword being related to something unique in the article.
This should appear Friday, October 4th, so you’ll need to get cracking over the weekend. There’s a good chance the phone logs article will appear before you can set alerts, but that stuff is fairly tangential. The real issue here are domestic extremists and their ties to Russia.
Relevant Statutes:
We should probably take a short side trip and examine a couple federal statutes. I’m using screen shots because the formatting is impossible to replicate here.
18 U.S. Code § 2261A - Stalking
18 U.S. Code § 1512 - Tampering with a witness, victim, or an informant
18 U.S. Code § 371 - Conspiracy to commit offense or to defraud United States
The stalking statute has typically been used against organized criminal enterprises - cartels, 1%er motorcycle clubs, and the like. But it would work for the activities of a would-be right wing death squad commander, too. The witness intimidation thing, Title 18 § 1512(b), is much more broadly applied.
The conspiracy statute is used as “glue” - if one person is straight up criming as defined by a statute, and another person is engaged in OVERT ACTS in the furtherance of that criming, then they’re on the hook as well. And this is the sort of thing where having a local, state, or even a federal badge would offer little to no protection.
Fusion:
So what do those things have in common? As you go through them you’re going to find names of people and entities. There are even more things you wouldn’t find, unless you knew the entire graph like the back of your hand. I’ll point out some of the ones that would be impossible to find unless you had access to my files.
Here’s a portion of the graph for the GRU Outlet Intelligencer article, focused on Lee Stranahan. What do you see here?
Julian Assange Pleads Guilty To Conspiracy - and as we saw above, there are no conspiracies of just one. You’d need to hunt up his superseding indictment from 2020 to start guessing at who else is in the espionage hot seat.
Brandon Darby - Lee Stranahan’s former business partner, who features heavily in my OIG complaint against the Dallas FBI field office.
Aaron Walker - before Pissboy, this guy filed a couple of frivolous lawsuits against me. His attorney on the case, the guy who’s spectacular discovery response error gave me the basis for the OIG complaint? Dan Backer.
Pat Frey - the deputy DA from Los Angeles who met with the Dallas FBI field office to initiate the attempted political prosecution concurrent with the first round of frivolous litigation. Check the OIG complain for LOTS of detail.
Russian born attorney Dan Backer has a really interesting little slice of the graph.
It’s a pretty small world, eh? The lawyer on the first frivolous litigation against me twelve years ago is the lawyer who registered the PAC for which death squad recruiter Ivan Raiklin had a regular column, and he’s also the guy who registered the entity responsible for the January 6th Ellipsis Rally …
Here’s another corner of that GRU Outlet: Intelligencer, but I took the liberty of adding some of the stuff from the 2019 Digital Soldiers conference. So there’s coffee boy Papadopoulos, who used to work for Devin Nunes. The original attorney on my case in Texas, Jeff Dorrell, died of natural causes in 2021. How did I find my new counsel there, Lane Haygood? I have to give thanks to DevinCow for that … you know, the sassy Twitter bovine that had 700 followers when Nunes tried to SLAPP her, and who now has about 683k?
What else do you see here? There’s little man again on the right … but his presence is easily explained:
Things Unsaid:
If you start reading, noting names, and noting connections between the names, you’ll end up with an insane hydra of a graph, a miniature of the one I’ve been keeping of the MAGA Meltdown since around this time in 2020. You’re also going to find things that I already know, but which I’ve not said here.
Why didn’t I just make it plain?
Some of these things either came from reporters, or have gone to reporters, and there are constraints I have to respect, due to four articles being queued up.
I am hoping to entice some fresh sets of eyes to look at what are for me a very well known set of problems.
I’m writing an article like this but the title will be Jack Smith’s October Surprise, it’s going to probably consume my weekend before it’s ready, and if I pull one wrong thread here this one could easily triple in size.
If you set an alert on my name it will show you a number of people who are frantically trying to get my attention, but I’m not even clicking through the alerts. I’ve got someone I can dispatch to keep an eye on gaslighting attempts, and it amuses me to set those people to chasing their tails.
Seven of those ten things listed are U.S. national news, two are personal, and then there’s the one oddball that has the potential to be national news in Ukraine.
Why does a guy like me have personal ties in every one of these ten things?
I could offer some flippant “heck if I know” answer, but given what’s at stake here I think you guys deserve a tiny bit more to go on.
I self describe as a hacker, but that doesn’t mean I’m going around breaking into other people’s stuff (although I did back before the turn of the century). What this means to me is that I understand how things fit together much more easily than most people do. And as many of you have noticed, I am also gifted with that most useless of superpowers - I am a trouble magnet.
The list of entities I don’t work for gets longer every day - AIVD, CIA, DNC, DIA, DGSE, FBI, FSB, GRU, HUR, INR(I would if they’d take me!), KGB, MI-6, OSF, SSA, SVR …
Conspiracy theorists will tend to swallow any ol’ junk out there, so long as it makes them feel special, like they’re in the know. They also have a fairly universal deficit in that they have a terrible time assessing competence in others.
They see me, just hanging out with my cat and trying to mind my own business, but forever tumbling into random trouble magnet stuff that leads to international incidents. They simply must create some grand unified conspiracy theory to explain it all ,… which is why back in 2012 the FBI raided my former employer looking for … wait for it … the Computational Troll Dynamic Supercomputer.
I am still quite willing to punk conspiracy nutters, but I require that they carry my water as part of the equation, and actually damage something that’s a national security problem in the process. So while this is a legitimate puzzle for all of you, it’s a pile of poison “dots” for them to carry back to their little conspiracy nutter nest …
Conclusion:
So there you go, you’ve got foreign agents attached to Iran and Russia, domestic extremists, and due to my own character assets/defects, you get a free pack of useful idiots on social media, so long as you can work out how to direct them by playing on their cognitive defects and impulses. If you’re gonna caper, do NOT sign your work.
If you find anything juicy, say another massive data leak from something in Ivan Raiklin’s vicinity, just let me know. I will happily wrap it up in a bow and deliver it to IC3.
Did you REALLY read all the way through this? Got your alerts accounts setup? OK, then you deserve to know this - while tongue in cheek and full of snark, Filing A Conjunction REALLY matters here. Your alerts are going to have stuff from the current conjunction attempt … heck, you might even run into a washed up hag o.
