Readers here were introduced to my precedent setting 1st Amendment case in Texas, Rauhauser v. McGibney NO. 02-14-00215-CV in Probable Pissposting. The backtrail in this case is torturous, so new people here should just watch this video, in which Breitbart Texas head Brandon Darby commits some fake political swattings in 2011 and 2012, which they attempted to pin on me.

Extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof, you can read my OIG complaint against the Dallas FBI field office. Pay particular attention to the massive discovery error that Dan Backer made in a previous frivolous litigation case against me in Maryland.

So the lawyer who took the frivolous case against me in 2012, is a Russian born emigre who broke down the barriers to dirty money in elections via McKutcheon vs Federal Election Commission, is the organizer for Women For America First who held the January 6th Ellipsis rally, and is also the organizer for the PAC that belongs to Ivan Raiklin, the self appointed Secretary of Retribution for Trump’s next administration.

So … have you read Snivel War: Raiklin’s Short List? This guy is attempting to turn the Constitutional Sheriffs & Peace Officers Association into death squads so they can eliminate Trump’s political enemies.

There are a variety of things I don’t like about my life, but things have been looking up since my health was largely restored last year. Let me say this, right here, right now:

If I go missing, or turn up dead of an apparent overdose like Adrian Lamo did, or turn up stuck full of holes like my codefendant Tom Retzlaff did, or I die of a “heart attack” like Jay Leiderman did, or I appear to have been driven to suicide like Kevin Gallagher did, given that I had dealings with all four of these men, I most humbly ask that … the more curious among you START DIGGING.
