I have been in conflict with the predecessors of these violent accelerationist groups for years, going clear back to 2010. The emergence of the Tea Party led to a cell of troublesome boys that seem to have met via Something Awful, and things evolved from there.
This video I found begins with the 764 Network, which I’ve written about twice. Only half of the rest were familiar to me; it’s a fairly esoteric cultural backwater. The Groypers are NOT included in this set; they’re politically active and given to violent rhetoric, but not known for violent acts until just recently.

These groups gather in chat systems, typically Discord and Telegram, but they have web watering holes, and one of the worst is Kiwi Farms, a Joshua Conner Moon production. I noticed this bit of seemingly pro-764 propaganda the other day, and now I regret not bookmarking the location.
If you’re having trouble interpreting “Moral Fagging”, there’s an explainer in Pitiful Brandfagging. The “SWAT your local Kiwitard” is a call to stage a false report leading to a raid on the victim. The diagram in the background is an obvious nod to the Order of Nine Angles influence on 764. I think the two young women are separate memes that have been combined, but as a faceblind autist who does not frequent these spaces, I have no idea what their presence means.
I asked around and a non-autist has shared that the one on the left is Rachel Siegel and the right is Elaine Miller. Their handles are apparently Queenthugshaker and Trollcow. I recognize both handles and Siegel’s name, but other than knowing they are “scene” figures, I know only a smidgen more than I did when I wrote the prior paragraph. Being female and active, I presume they are hot targets for the relentlessly misogynist boys that inhabit that world.
Assessment:
Unlike the American left and right, which have cultures that usually put bounds on infighting, the accelerationists should NOT be equated with the political independents. They have their roots in the image board world that birthed Anonymous twenty years ago, and the cultural norms of that world hold.
Kiwi Farms is a watering hole for groups like these. It’s entirely possible that a portion of Kiwi Farms have seized upon the federal investigations of 764 members as a chance to troll anyone who is (or who can be presented as) involved. Being fellow denizens is in no way prohibitive - Anonymous culture is a digital crab bucket, anyone seen as rising to prominence will receive both adulation and a vicious counter reaction. Anyone who is “leaving a blood trail” will be promptly eaten.
Having landed at least one solid hit against Moon’s operation over the last few years, I pay a bit of attention to anything that originates there which makes it to broader distribution. As part of my Brand Defense Strategist duties for Cicada 3301, I know one of the people involved in the attempted politicization of the group has an account there, which he uses to file “personal army requests”. There’s a similar character who once shared a lawyer with James “Pissboy” McGibney, a paid informant who has long harassed me on behalf of the FBI. The other guy seems to have risen to the point where Moon acknowledges him in public, but I’ve never examined that in great detail.
Conclusion:
The 764 network started getting attention after the 2024 election, when there were a lot of bored spooks, and nobody was sure what would happen the coming January. This very belated attention is another facet of that old problem I keep mentioning - the boundary between provocative speech and incitement to violence was set 143 days before the internet was created. Our quaint notion of jurisdiction allows things to persists for years when they would be resolved in hours if the same sheriff were responsible for both ends.
These are problems that need to be addressed based on the behavior displayed, not who is targeted by it, no who might benefit from it politically. That won’t happen in the current administration, but there are strange things in the wind here in the early fall of 2025. People are awakening to the fact that maybe “their” problem is really an “our” problem, and one that will burn every last one of us if we don’t start dealing with intentional instigators, from the level of badly behaved boys, clear up to hostile nation states.
Maintaining my usual gloomy outlook, as one can see in the top rated articles just below this, I think we’re more likely to fight it out than to work it out. This is NOT what I want, I’ve been working against it since 2009. I am just past the point of puzzling over things,
Down the rabbit hole.
