Some Dare Call It Conspiracy
But those in the know call it a bullshit scam by a practicing drug addict.
UPDATE:
I received the nicest note from the guys at Some Dare Call It Conspiracy, and the factually incorrect statements Barrett Brown made about Joe Menn and I have been removed.
The exchange progressed to the point where perhaps I will appear on their show to talk about Conspiracy Brokers some time soon.
A couple of days ago I published Captain Coprolite & Turdboy, wherein I dragged a couple of grade A losers without actually name checking them. But the Some Dare Call It Conspiracy podcast platformed Barrett Brown, and he lied about me and Joe Menn, the Washington Post reporter who published an article based on the intrusion material mentioned in MIOS: Iran’s PressTV.
Menn sent a retraction demand to SDCIC, which they shared with Brown, who promptly made it public. I also sent a similar demand, but having known Brown for fifteen years I understand how to word such a thing so that he wouldn’t publicize it.

I am Neal Rauhauser, whom Barrett Brown libeled in your most recent podcast. Rather than nit pick his lies, let me provide you with some facts that support the need for your retracting the entire deeply flawed episode.
Barrett makes all sorts of claims about his involvement in Anonymous vs. HBGary Federal. Nobody in LulzSec will acknowledge him at all. When twenty House offices called for hearings on the matter, that effort was led by a staffer in Hank Johnson's office, a kid named Jonathan Ossoff. I wrote the white paper that was part of the basis for the drive to have hearings. The details are here.

When Barrett was halfway through his prison sentence, HBGary CEO Aaron Barr was served a RICO suit by a lefty activist named Brett Kimberlin, who'd been targeted by their schemes. I did much of the investigative work required to properly serve Barr. This is easily confirmed.
Brown has been in the habit of declaring that I am an informant. There is absolutely no court paperwork anywhere that supports that. I do however have a precedent setting 1st Amendment suit with my name on it, the other party is a federal informant, that fact was verified via an affidavit by an FBI agent, and this matter resulted in an OIG complaint against the Dallas FBI field office. The final damages hearing is scheduled for October 17th, and once that is complete a debtor's exam will reveal when the other party was on the FBI's payroll. My retirement plan is a sealed settlement with the DOJ for twelve years of harassment.

Brown spent more than a year running a podcast in partnership with Kent Dahlgren, who literally admits to being an informant in his LinkedIn profile. The audio in this folder is a call between Barrett, Kent, and Anonymous founder Aubrey Cottle, wherein Dahlgren describes the cyberstalking tactics they use to "drive people crazy". Barrett is the one who facilitates the cyberstalking of activists, through his spectacularly poor judgment.
I've taken the liberty of attaching an October 2021 tweet from civil rights attorney Stanley Cohen, My experience with Brown matches Cohen's - he's a delusional narcissistic clown whose only talent is riding the coattails of people who actually put in real work.
A final factual matter. I do not work for the Washington Post. I do not work for Joe Menn. I do not work for anyone connected to the Post or Menn. The one story wherein Menn credits me is about an intrusion into Iran's PressTV, the publication of which I undertook at the behest of NAFO's Canine Intelligence Agency. They don't pay me either.

These are also the first assholes to go up and ask for the cops to help with their domestic violence problem, their discrimination problem, and of course their robbed/raped/murdered problem.
