There is one thing that forces me to use Proxmox over Qubes, is that Quemu allows to virtualize the whole cpu, allowing more privacy by not revealing the user's unique CPUID's.

One more thing is the ability to create system snapshots, that allows me to restore my KVM's at any time I want, even if it was a KVM booting as a Live OS from a ISO in a read-only filesystem.

I did not figured out how to make this work in Qubes or to make a VM in Qubes run Quemu to add these advantages to it.
