It’s easy to talk shit and that product sells with the 30% of America who have yet to realize what Trump 2.0 means long term. Like the women in northern Idaho, who are facing early 20th century conditions if they become pregnant, or the farmers wondering where three quarters of their pickers are while crops are rotting in the field, this will have consequences.
The fact that he even said this flippantly on air will have consequences. Did you notice they’re trying to get retired air traffic controllers to come back? We’re just one or two stupid mistakes away from portions of air travel being shut down by the people responsible for the day to day work, who will not risk their lives so some assclown can score fake internet points by going on Faux News.

There's reasons air traffic controllers are required to retire at 56 - reasons that no shitty software from SpaceX is going to fix.
As to pilot error? I sure as hell would never fly in an pilotless aircraft, even if the autonomous software was orders of magnitude better than anything SpaceX wants to sell us.
And farmers? The ones who supported Donny Convict are definitely at the "find out" stage - they're not just short on labor. Between shutting down USAID, tariffs, and trade wars the markets for their produce are disappearing.
I'm sure the broligarchs are ready to buy up a lot of farm land, but it seems they're too stupid and short-sighted to realize that it's kind of worthless with nobody to farm it and no place to sell it's products.
Maybe the plan is to turn it all into private hunting ranges and put all the immigrants there. Three tag limit a day.
