I don’t like Docker.
I’ve never liked Docker.
You install it and it promptly does a technicolor yawn into your firewall config.
That’s MY firewall config, not some derpy developer I’ve never heard of who cobbled up some random cluster of shady apps and slapped a catchy name on the thing.
Five years ago I bought Docker Cookbook, learned that I could —network host and containers would behave like proper Unix daemons, and called it good.
But now there’s this new guy lurking and something called k3s is allegedly pretty cool, so it’s early on a Sunday and I’m tinkering with a minimal config in Proxmox.
I found a video tutorial for it. Maybe this won’t be so bad …
