I had been seeing the phrase “fraud is now legal” in various places, but I thought it was just hyperbole. Noticing this video late Saturday night, I decided to take a look. I have been through the bankruptcy of a public company that went right up to the pump & dump scam line in their dealings, so this is somewhat familiar territory.

This just … no … not a good time to make it easier for fraudsters to rob people.

But that’s what America has become. These are just the first wavelets of a coming tsunami of trouble, should this November go badly.
