They are aiming at the larger NGOs, the little fish that I work with are minnows, when they're seeking full meals. This is an opening for me, but the whole NGO world went sideways a year ago and I doubt it's going to recover. The ones I worked with depended on a functional 4th Estate, and that went sideways, too.
